Please contact me at riverbellcottage@gmail.com to enquire about booking a private class.  They are ideal for hens parties or work get togethers.

SOURDOUGH BREADMAKING CLASS

If you want to learn the secret to making a fuss free, delicious sourdough bread and stop buying store-bought bread this is a perfect class for you. I teach you everything you need to know to nail the perfect sourdough every time.

I will provide you with sourdough bread to taste and also sourdough starter to take home with you. I also provide ongoing mentorship to help troubleshoot any issues you might have (hopefully you won't have any!). I also teach you how to make a gluten-free starter and provide a recipe for those who wish to make a sourdough that is gluten-free*.

Taught by Carrie, an accredited Nutritionist.

Cost is $75 per person for a one/one & half-hour class and includes bread tasting and sourdough starter to take home.

*Please note that my kitchen is not a gluten-free zone and so I don't offer gluten-free bread tasting as I cannot guarantee that there are not traces of gluten in the bread I make. For the same reason I advise caution against using my starter for coeliacs and instead will happily teach you how to make your own gf starter in the safety of your own home environment.
